Only students are allowed inside the studios. Parents / guardians are only allowed to wait inside the reception area.
Shoes, socks, and any other type of footwear must be removed prior to entering the studio. Only socks, soft ballet shoes, and pointe shoes are allowed to step on harlequin / linoleum floors. All shoes must be kept away neatly in the designated bag area.
All students are responsible for their own belongings. The school will not be held liable for any loss or damage of any personal items / valuables.
Laptops, mobile phones, and other digital electronics are not allowed during classes/rehearsals.
All students must bring their own face towel and drinking water inside a tightly-sealed water bottle.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the studio. Only drinking water inside a tightly-sealed water bottle is allowed.
Students / parents must inform the school in advance of any special conditions or prior injuries that may impact the student’s activity in the class.
Loitering, littering and vandalism is strictly not allowed in all areas of the school.
Class Attendance
Regular Classes
Students must arrive on time. Arrival of 5-10 minutes earlier is highly encouraged.
Tardy students will be required to pay the full amount of the course fee (applicable for Pay-as-you-go).
For Weekly, Monthly, Half-year and Annual fees: classes will have to be consumed within the agreed timeline. Strictly no extension.
Online Classes
If the student is unable to attend the online class, he/she must advise the school via email or sms at [email protected] / 0918 807 7148 at least 24hrs before the scheduled class to reschedule.
Failure to advise the school regarding change of schedule will be marked as NO SHOW and may no longer be rescheduled. Payments for missed classes are considered as final and non-refundable.
All classes will start on time. The class will be locked after 20 minutes. After such, students may no longer join and will be marked as NO SHOW
Medical Concerns
Basic First Aid kit is available in both branches that can help with dizziness / headaches, muscular contraction/tremor/shudder/sprain, and small cuts/wounds due to any activity inside the class.
For any other conditions / symptoms, the school will arrange transportation to a medical facility nearby.
For students with any existing medical condition may be requested to provide Doctor’s Clearance to be allowed to take any classes.
Grooming
Students must wear proper and clean LMSB official uniforms in all classes.
Hair must be neatly tied in a bun at all times. For Female students with short hair, hair bands and clips must be used to pull back hair away from the face. For Male students, hair should always be neatly groomed.
