Terms & Conditions for Online Ballet Classes

This policy is applicable for all students of The Lisa Macuja School of Ballet’s Online Classes effective August 31, 2020.


ENROLLMENT

All students must register and pay through this
link to enroll in any of the school’s online classes. No enrollment will be processed manually via email, SMS, call, etc. The online enrollment form is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

PAYMENT
Payment methods accepted are GCASH, bank deposit or transfer, credit card, or PayPal account. Instructions on how to pay will be sent to the registered email address a few minutes after enrollment.

Payment must be settled at least 24 hours before the first day of the preferred class. Strictly no same day processing of enrollment.   Cut off time for enrollment and payment is 12:00 nn from Monday to Saturday. Any enrollment or payment received after 12:00 nn on Saturday will be processed the following Monday. No enrollment will be processed on Sunday.

TRANSFER
The school reserves the right to transfer students to a different level as determined by the teacher. Students cannot ask to transfer classes in the middle of a cycle.

SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE
The chosen schedule upon registration is considered as final.

Regular Program Level 2B, 2A, 3, and all Lifestyle Ballet Program classes have a ‘Pick & Choose’ option, wherein students may choose their preferred class schedule as long as it’s within the same cycle. The chosen schedule upon enrollment is considered as final, no rescheduling is allowed.

Students must go online at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. It is their sole responsibility to ensure that they are on time. The school administration is NOT responsible for contacting students and parents that the class is about to start.

Latecomers may join after a maximum of 30 minutes from the start of the class; after which the online class will be LOCKED. Students that miss their assigned schedule without prior notice will be considered as ABSENT; NO make-up class will be provided.

Students may ask to be excused from a class by informing the school administration at least 24 hours before the class. Make-up classes may be arranged; the schedule is strictly subject to the availability of slots for the students’ course. A maximum of two (2) make-up classes are allowed for each student.

INTERNET CONNECTION
All classes will be conducted via Zoom. A strong and stable internet connection is required and is the sole responsibility of the student.

ZOOM CODES
All Zoom codes for all enrolled classes will be sent in ONE (1) email at least 24 hours before the first day of class. Codes will no longer be sent on a daily basis via SMS and Email.

PROPER CLASS DECORUM
All students and their companions must behave in proper class decorum and show mutual respect for everyone on screen. Any form of profanity, nudity, the act of violence, and the like is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the online class and will be subject to further evaluation and possible expulsion.

DOCUMENTATION
All online classes are recorded by Ballet Manila Inc. for quality assurance purposes. Recordings may be used to promote Ballet Manila Inc.’s products and services through the company’s official social media channels without any additional consent.

PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected by Ballet Manila Inc. is done so exclusively with your consent, by means of a form posted on our website or social media account, an email received from you, or by telephone. No information is collected automatically.
